Moore #2 Jig Grinder is used for our jig grinding.
We use a combination of quality equipment, skilled toolmakers, and the newest technology in grinding wheels. (i.e. CBN, HPVB)
We utilize the latest in grinding fixtures and wheel dressing accessories in any of our surface grinding operations.
Our cylindrical grinding is still done in house when "hard turning" is not an efficient option.
Our lapping machine has a 48" diameter table with all media timers.
